Playbooks

The platform comes with certain playbooks out of the box ready to aid remediation either manually or automatically. Every alert we capture and display, we create a playbook, automatically, without having any human interaction. You simply click on the playbook option on the alert screen and the playbook for that alert is created and displayed, to complete the playbook you choose the final action, be it to send an email to an engineer or quarantine the device, this element is unique to your requirements.
